Enterprise engagement model
Smart Playbook Platform is a Software as a Service where Enterprise can use our platform to use existing apps or create new ones. We maintain our infrastructure and platform. And our clients are responsible for their applications and their access. All our following engagement models provide support for infrastructure related issues.
Base tier
This is a per user monthly subscription account with five minimum users including one administrator/developer account. Enterprise can create and release 20 Smart Playbook apps and can have 30 work-in-progress playbooks.
Supported tier
This tier includes the base tier. This is a per user monthly subscription account with ten users that also include two administrator/developer accounts. Enterprise can create and release 50 Smart Playbook apps and can have 70 work-in-progress playbooks. This also includes instructor led virtual training to new developers.
Premium tier
This includes supported tier and 50 user subscriptions that also include 5 administrator/developer subscriptions. There is no limit on released / in-progress Smart Playbooks. Smart Playbooks guide app development, maintenance, and support. Smart Playbooks helps setting-up company wide strategy and performs initial requirements analysis.
Supreme tier
This includes Premium tier and comes with 100 user subscriptions that also include 10 administrator/developer subscriptions. Smart Playbooks provides training and support for application development and maintenance. We also conduct workshops to provide playbook ideas and participates in initial playbook app roadmap development.
Smart Playbooks consulting services
Smart Playbooks also provide consulting services to define enterprise wide playbook app strategy and roadmap. We also support app development and related activities. Our consultants and developers can help an enterprise to setup a playbook infrastructure that can put the enterprise miles ahead of its competition.
